I did end up trying to make something new today though. Since I have never tried crepes before and it was expensive but easy to make, I decided to give it a try and made them for my brother's birthday! It was interesting to make since they are very thin so it was very easy to burn them. The mix would dry up really quickly on the frying pan so I had to move quickly to make it into a thin flat circle. Out of the 6 I made, only 3 came out as a circle, one being more of a circle than the rest. They came out fine, It was good to eat. Wish I had fruits/whipped cream in the house though, it would have been more delicious that way, had to live with just Nutella in it.
I also made his a sign saying "Happy Birthday" made up of ducks that was after his favorite "Rubber Duck (sculpture)". Came up with the idea at 1AM and finished it by 2AM. It came out good, her was able to see the happy birthday under it so that s good.
